BITSAT cut off- 320 (approx)
BITSAT last list minimal marks- 295 (approx)
Manipal-110 and above
SRM- minimum rank you need is 8000.

Both are good in terms of placement. SRM can be be little bit expensive than VIT.

In SRM University very few people take nanotechnology although it's a good branch, there is no placement for nanotech students in SRM, if you are thinking about placement after engineering in this branch , then forget about it coz there is no placement for it.
If getting job is your primary factor then go for branches like CS, mechanical and IT which have a good scope in SRM.
