Hello Ipsita,
Both Manipal and SRM Universities conduct their own entrance examinations for admission into MBA. If you're planning to take admission into these universities in 2017, you should apply sooner. The admission forms of those institutes are out and can be filled online.
While, Manipal University has two campuses in Sikkim and Karnataka. SRM has 3 campuses, 2 in Chennai and 1 in Delhi/ NCR. The fees varies based on the campus. You can check the fees and apply for the entrance examinations from their official websites.

I would suggest you take VIT - Vellore at first place due to well design course structure, experienced faculties, encouragement for new innovation, best placement, infrastructure, hostel facilities, etc.

Hello Suchismita,
Only NRIs, holders of PIO or OCI card issued by Government of India, who have not taken the SRMJEEE (UG) must apply under international student category. Others will have to give SRMJEE.
