Yes, it is totally worth the effort as the infrastructure Ranking Professors Teaching methodology as well as placements are good.

Yes, you can. But, first do write the entrance exam and attend the counselling session to get a seat.

The probability to get in the college is still there but you may not get in the desired course as there is a chance of seats getting filled.
