The total number of question in SRMJEEE will be 125. There will be 125 MCQs in the exam in total. Question will be asked from maths/biology, Physics Chemistry aptitude and English . To facilitate students and familiarize them with the online exam, SRMIST conducts SRMJEEE Mock Tests. SRMJEEE is held as an online proctored test. The sample question paper of SRMJEEE contains specimen questions on the syllabus. Also it has same or similar exam pattern as actual SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination. You can use it to ace the SRMJEEE and also prepare for other Engineering entrance exams. SRMJEEE is a University level exam for admission to B.Tech in SRMIST Kattankulathur, SRMIST Ramapuram, SRMIST Vadapalani, SRMIST Delhi-NCR Ghaziabad (Sonepat, Haryana). .

SRMJEEE used to be held as a computer based test. However, after the pandemic, SRMJEEE is being held as an online proctored test. The difference between the 2 is that CBT exams are not internet based tests. The candidates are needed to visit an exam centre and access the test on a computer which has exam questions already fed on it. In SRMJEEE online proctored test, candidates have to take the exam with the help of internet connection from the comfort of their homes on their own devices. The total duration of the SRMJEEE exam is 2.5 hours. Mode of test- Online Duration- Two hours and thirty minutes Language- English Total number of questions- 125 Questions type Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with four options from which only one option is correct. Subjects asked- Physics, Maths Chemistry English and Aptitude. For Biotechnology- Candidates have to appear for Biology instead of Mathematics. Marking scheme- One mark will be provided for every correct answer. There is no negative marking.

SRMJEEE has MCQ-type questions. The exam has no negative marking and each question in the exam carry 1 mark. The maths section of the exam will have 40 marks, Physics and Chemistry will carry 35 marks each, English will have 5 marks and the aptitude section will have 10 marks. The questions are based on the syllabus in Class 11th & Class 12th. The total duration of the exam is 2 hours 30 mins.

In SRMJEEE multiple choice questions are asked. The exam is held s an online proctored test. There will be 5 sections in the SRMJEEE question paper: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English and Aprtitude. There is no negative marking in SRMJEEE. For each question answered correctly, candidates will be awarded 1 marks. The syllabus for SRMJEEE will mostly be from Class XI and Class XII topics studied by candidates for their Board or equivalent examination.
