No, you cannot get CSE or IT. But if you wish to get seat in either of the branch contact the management side and get a seat.

You may get admission in IT branch with your rank in this college.

For ECE branch closing rank of previous years indicate that a student needs to score better than 20000 for main campus and up to 70000 for other campuses. However please remember it's a very dynamic situation since how the preferences of students can change over the years is simply unguessable. Check previous year and this year's expected cutoff to know the chances of admission.

Your rank in SRMJEE is quite good. You stated that you got CSE group in college. Can you elaborate on this? Is it that you want CSE branch in SRM? It's very tough to guess as to how many students who appeared for SRMJEE will actually join since many would have appeared for other entrance exams also. It doesn't matter how much you score. It always depends on your RANK. You will get CSE in RMP or VDP campus according to the SRMJEE Rank.
