It depends on the branch you want.
With 32K rank, you will not get CSE, ECE and mechanical but you might get EEE and other branches in the main campus. Else, you can also get CSE/ECE in other branches of SRM. Trend changes every year, might not be the same this year. So, think properly before you commit to something.

You need to have a rank belo0w 5000. Further, the ranks are admitted according to the financial attraction of the course and the time of admission.
