The Commission released the SSC CGL 2024 notification online on June 24, 2024. The Commission notified 17,727 vacancies for the SSC CGL 2024 exam. The SSC CGL 2024 Tier 1 exam will be conducted online in September/October 2024.

The SSC CGL 2024 exam is scheduled to take place in September/October 2024. The Staff Selection Commission released the SSC CGL 2024 notification on 24th June 2024 on its official website ssc.gov.in. A total of 17727 vacancies have been released by the SSC.The Staff Selection Commission released the SSC CGL 2024 exam dates (Tier 1) on August 8, 2024. The Commission will conduct the SSC CGL 2024 from September 09 to 26, 2024.The application fees for SSC CGL Apply Online process is INR 100 for General and OBC candidates. Whereas, Female, SC, ST, PwD candidates and Ex-Servicemen do not have to pay any application fees.

Yes, the Staff Selection Commission has extended the last date to send objections against the incorrect answers given in the official SSC CGL Tier 1 answer key. The candidates can now send their objections against the SSC CGL answer key 2024 till October 8, 2024. The candidates will be required to submit the Objection fee of INR 100 for each incorrect answer.The Commission released the SSC CGL answer key on October 3, 2024.

Visit the official regional websites of SSC. Click on SSC CGL Tier 1 Admit Card 2024 link available on the home page. A new page will open where candidates will have to enter the login details. Click on submit and your admit card will be displayed on the screen.SSC CGL Admit Card 2024 has been released by the Staff Selection Commission for tier 1 exam on ssc.gov.in. The admit card has been released for SSC KKR, SR, NR, NER, MPR, KKR, NWR and WR. The exam shall begin on September 9, 2024, in online mode. The SSC CGL admit card is yet to be released for the Eastern Region.

The regional websites will start releasing the SSC CGL aplication status from August 15 onwards. The SSC CGL 2024 admit card will be released online starting from September 5, 2024.SSC CGL Tier 1 Admit Card 2024 has been released by the Staff Selection Commission for all regions including SSC KKR, SSC SR, SSC NR, SSC NER, SSC WR, SSC MPR, SSC NWR and SSC CR. As per the official SSC CGL paper pattern, the examination will be conducted in 2 stages – Tier 1 and Tier 2. Both Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams will be conducted in Computer-based Online mode. The Tier 1 exam comprises 100 questions for a total of 200 marks, with each question carrying 2 marks each The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam consists of four sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Each section contains 25 questions, making a total of 100 questions for the entire exam. Each question is worth 2 marks, so the total possible score is 200 marks

The SSC has released the answer key for the SSC CGL 2024 Tier I exam, conducted from September 9 to 26, 2024. Candidates can download the provisional answer key from the official SSC website. The exam featured objective questions across four sections. Once all the exam shifts are conducted SSC publishes a notice whether all shifts were conducted or any shift has to hold a rexam mostly within 2–5 days from the last shift exam. A total of 10971 were able to qualify for the exam. The SSC CGL cut-off for the Junior Statistical Officer post ranged from 162.48 to 125.58. The majority of candidates who cleared the SSC CGL JSO exam were from the General category. The cut off marks for the General category was 130.18, 117.87 for OBC and 94.58 for SC. As per the SSC CGL marking scheme, for every wrong answer in Tier 1, one mark will be deducted. In Tier 2 there is a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in Section-I, Section-II and Module-I of Section-III of Paper-I and ½ marks for each wrong answer in Paper-II and Paper-III.
