All candidates must be minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on August 1, 2019 to fulfill CHSL age criteria. This means that candidates who are born not before August 2, 1991 and not later than August 1, 2000 are eligible to appear for SSC CHSL 2019 exam. Hence you can apply for SSC CHSL 2019.

All candidates must be minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on August 1, 2019 to fulfill CHSL's age criteria. This means that the candidates who are born not before August 2, 1991 and not later than August 1, 2000 are eligible to appear for SSC CHSL 2019 exam. However, it may be noted that age relaxation is also given to different reserved category candidates as mentioned below:
Category Age Relaxation:
SC/ ST 5 years
OBC 3 years
Persons with Disabilities (PwD) 10 years
PwD + OBC 13 years
PwD + SC/ ST 15 years
Category Age Relaxation:
SC/ ST 5 years
OBC 3 years
Persons with Disabilities (PwD) 10 years
PwD + OBC 13 years
PwD + SC/ ST 15 years

According to SSC CHSL eligibility criteria, candidates applying for the exam must be 18 years to 27 years and have passed 10+2/HSC. However, relaxation of age in the upper age limit is provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories. The detailed SSC CHSL eligibility criteria 2019 is provided on this page.

SSC CHSL conduct the examination based on class 10th syllabus.
Syllabus:
SSC CHSL 2019 syllabus is not out yet.
However, candidates can go through CHSL 2018 syllabus below for reference:
SSC CHSL Syllabus for Tier-I
Subject Syllabus
General Intelligence
It would include questions of both verbal and non-verbal type such as Semantic Analogy, Symbolic operations, Symbolic/ Number Analogy, T rends, Figural Analogy, Space
Orientation, etc. English Language
The questions would be on Spot the Error, Fill in the Blanks, Synonyms/ Homonyms, Antonyms, Spellings/ Detecting
MS-spelt words, Idioms & Phrases, etc. Quantitative Aptitude
