The minimum age limit defined for SSC CGL is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 32 years. Not exceeding 30 years. Not exceeding 30 years. Not exceeding 30 years. There are some posts which need physical test so for them you should be physically fit.

This decision totally depends on your interest, as both are different fields and if you want to go in management field then go for MBA other wise UPSC is the best option for Civil Services.

You cannot apply after 12th as it is of graduation level. You can apply for SSC CGL (combined graduate level) exam when you are graduate or apppearing in final year but before applying make sure that your result must be out. Otherwise at the time of final selection there might be a chance of questioning when you read the notification you will be come to know about this. But in short prepare for the exam as early as possible you can apply for other exams as well like SSC CHSL MS and many more. So prepare hard be, passionate about what you want to do and have back up plan, do not be rely on one thing as competition is very high.

Yes, SSC CGL's requirement is graduation. So you can apply for the exam.
