Hi,
For the post of Assistant Audit Officer under SSC-CGL exam, the minimum requirements are:
1. Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
2. Desirable Qualification for Assistant Audit Officer posts: Master in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics or Charted Accountant or cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary

Hi,
It all depends on the kind of career goals you have and where do you finally want to land up. The major difference between these two are: In the Bank PO exam, you will get into the banking sector and in SSC, you will get into central government services.
Further, both exams have different selection procedure and parameter for recruiting into various services. In SSC-CGL, the focus is mainly on English and aptitude in the mains stage while prelims the needle points towards GK, reasoning, aptitude & English. Hi,
Both exams have different selection procedure and parameter for recruiting into various services. In SSC-CGL, the focus is mainly on English and aptitude in the mains stage while prelims the needle points towards GK, reasoning, aptitude & English. In bank PO examination, the prelims paper focuses on reasoning, aptitude and English, while mains examination stresses on 5 topics English, quantitative aptitude and reasoning ability, computer knowledge, and general awareness of banking.
The GK of SSC-CGL paper is more static portion oriented, where an understanding of history, geography, polity, economy plus current affairs is needed.

Dear Diksha,
There is no need to pursue PG course if you want to appear for the SSC exam. Just prepare for SSC, you can take help of a good coaching institute to know the tricks of solving aptitude easily within short period of time.

Hi Piyush,
I understand your condition but I would recommend you to follow your heart and interest whether it's web development or government sector as you will only be able to earn well if you have an interest in that area and just for your information, clearing SSC or bank exam is also not easy these days as there is a huge competition and it will also take time.
