The candidates should note that there is a negative marking in the SSC MTS Tier 1 exam. SSC MTS paper 1 result 2021 was released online on October 7, 2022. The Commission also released the number of candidates available under each category. The result pdf also mentions the state-wise and age-group-wise cutoff. The candidates were required to search for their roll number in the result pdf. In case the candidate is not selected, the candidate must compare their marks with the category cutoff given for the state.The Commission conducted the exam SSC MTS 2021 exam as per the old exam pattern consisting of two written exams followed by PET/PST and Document Verification at the Commission's offices. The Commission changed this pattern in 2022 and now there is only one paper followed by PET/PST. The Document Verification (DV) will be conducted at the indented department.

SSC MTS result 2023 for the 2022 session is expected to release soon. The tentative date for the SSC MTS 2023 result is August 8. The Commission released the SSC MTS 2023 answer key (tentative) on June 28 and the last date to send representation against the incorrect questions/answer was July 4.The Commission will analyse the valid objections received from the candidates and prepare the final answer key. The SSC MTS Tier 1 result 2023 will be released based on the final answer key. The Commission released the SSC MTS exam dates 2023 on March 29. The SSC MTS 2023 exam was conducted in two phases. In Phase I, the exam was conducted from May 2 to 19 and in Phase 2, the exam will be conducted from June 13 to 20.

SSC MTS age limit as mentioned in the official notification:For MTS (Non-Technical) post  - 18 to 25.For some posts in SSC MTS (Non-Technical), the age-limit is 18 -27 years.For SSC MTS Havaldar Post - 18 to 27 years.The Staff Selection Commission released the SSC MTS 2023 notification on June 30 online. The last date to apply for the SSC MTS 2023 exam is July 21. The candidates need to check the detauls mentioned in the official notification. The Commission changed the age consideration date from January 1 to August 1. This will increase the number of application in the exam.The total number of vacancies for the SSC MTS 2023 exam is 1,558 which was contrary to the expectation of high number of vacancies in the exam. 

The SSC MTS 2023 notification was postponed because of the reasons best known to the Commission. The Staff Selection Commission did not release any notice regarding this delay. The Commission released a notice mentioning that the SSC MTS 2023 notification will be released on June 30 which is today.The Commission is expected to release the SSC MTS 2023 notification any time now. The possible reason for such delay can be the change in the SSC MTS 2023 age calculation dates. The Commission has done this earlier in the SSC CGL 2023 notification.
