Your overall percentage is not actually required for admission. Your aggregate in PCM out of 200 should be at least 195 or above to get a seat.
You may also go for management quota where you need to clear an entrance aptitude test and get admission.

Your board exam marks are the primary criteria for admission. For that you need to apply for single window counselling under Anna University. You also need to have a good aggregate in PCM out of 200 (like 195/200).
If you haven't applied for it then you can go for management quota seats where you need to clear an aptitude entrance test and then get admission.

Yes, I think you can get a seat at SSN College of Engineering, Kalavakkam with a cut off of 186 and odd for an SC candidate. You may not get ECE but you can get other courses.
For the previous year's cut off marks you can refer:

The admission into SSN is based on 2 ways:
1) Anna University counselling (65%)
2) Management quota (35%)
If you have not applied for single window counselling under Anna University then you need to apply separately for SSN and you need to clear an aptitude test for that.
If you have applied for counselling, then your aggregate in PCM out of 200 should be at least 195 and above to get a seat at SSN.

You can only get admission in PSG through state board counselling, they don't give admission based on JEE Mains score.

Yes SSN College of Engineering is under the single window counselling under Anna University (TNEA 2017 counselling)
There is a management quota but if you go for management quota, then you need to apply separately and you have to clear an entrance exam.
This is only if you don't get SSN under Anna University.
All the best!

1) Anna University Counselling (single window counselling)
2) Management quota (by applying separately for SSN)
The cut off marks and admission at SSN or any college under Anna University is based on your caste.
Your cut off marks are good but please tell me your caste. I'll give you an overview of the caste wise cut off. But this is not accurate.
