The following candidates are eligible to apply for the PG Diploma programs at St. Pauls Institute of Communication Education:1. Graduates in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) are eligible to apply for the PGDCM program. Candidates with a postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) are also eligible to apply for the PGDCM program. Candidates who have completed their final year of graduation and are awaiting their results are also eligible to apply, provided they submit their mark sheets by the time of admission. Candidates with work experience in the field of communication, marketing, or related areas are preferred, but not mandatory.Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST) are provided with relaxation in the minimum eligibility criteria as per government norms. 

The admission process for PG Diploma courses varies depending on the specialisation and program. In general, admission into the PG Diploma is done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in graduation or their performance in the entrance examination. Here are the few steps to get selected for PG DIploma Program : 1. Application: Candidates need to fill out an online application form available on the institute's website.2. Entrance Exam: Shortlisted candidates are called for an entrance exam, which is conducted by the institute. The exam tests the candidate's knowledge in various subjects like English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning.3. Personal Interview: Candidates who clear the entrance exam are called for a personal interview. The interview is conducted to assess the candidate's communication skills, personality, and suitability for the program.4. Final Selection: Based on the candidate's performance in the entrance exam and personal interview, the final selection is made.The minimum percentile required for the entrance exam may vary from year to year and is announced by the institute along with the application form. The minimum percentile required for the PGDCM programme is 50%. 

The applications of only the students who meet the eligibility criteria are accepted. Applications are available in offline mode. The application form is issued from the college office on the payment of a nominal fee.
