Congratulations on securing such amazing marks!
Firstly, for B.Com the percentage for all the boards are different, like for CBSE, last year it was 93% and ISC it was 95% and for state board it was 88%, for merit listing. You can definitely apply for the course and wait for the result, if not 1st list then you might stand a chance in the second list. I am really sorry to say this, admission is not allowed after a gap of 3 years from the year of passing previous qualifying examination. You can try in some other colleges, which may have a flexible eligibility criteria.
Don't lose hope you will definitely get a college from where you can complete your UG course and become a graduate.
Good luck to you!

Congratulations on scoring such amazing marks. I am sure you have 100% chances for applying in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata for B.A in English honors. About the merit listing part I am not sure though now as it depends on the cut-off and all. All I can say is you can calculate your index percentage from the link given below. The cut off stays pretty high every year.

For applying in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata to do BMS, you must have 60% in aggregate and a minimum of 45% in each subject. After that, you will be selected on the basis of your 50% entrance exam marks and 50% aggregate marks of your boards. Usually, the cut-offs are near about 90%.

Watching films does help but specifically mentioning any particular type of film is hard. Foreign films mainly Hollywood, Indian films (mainly the award winning movies). Movies made by Ray, Sen, Ghatak & Sinha get the place in question paper in terms of objective questions. So, knowing basic information about this films will help you. Except this, current affairs and some basic general knowledge will be there, for that, you can take help of any current affairs magazine, like Manorama.
All the best.
