Best classes for any professional course is self study as I personally believe but for you betterment there is JK shah, AT academy, Prime Vision, Mahesh Tutorial other private classes and etc. Even though they are not near to your desired location but are the best.

Admissions to the MSc microbiology course will begin only after the declaration of the B.Sc. Degree results of the University of Mumbai sometime in the second or third week of June.
All candidates applying for admission are expected to apply through the online application system on the homepage of the websitewww.xaviers.edu.
Eligibility criteria:A candidate for being eligible for admission to the M.Sc. Degree in Microbiology should have passed the B.Sc. Xavier's in Mumbai do have BA in french. To get into Xavier's, you should have an excellent academic scores with minimum requirement of 50 percent.

See depends on the cutoff marks which will be released by the St. Xavier College for new admissions. Sorry to say their cutoffs are very high every year. It crosses 95% and above sometimes but keep an eye on the college website and wait for the second and third cutoff list.
