Hello Sakshi,
Specialization is the course in which you wish to study Masters. Computer science is the subject and you have lot of specializations under that. You need to visit the university website and look for the options. Go through the topics in depth and then fill the form.
All the best.

Evaluate your own profile and check if the program, you are looking for really needs a subject test. If you have a stellar academic profile you may very well consider submitting your application without a subject test.
However, it is advisable, you should submit your SAT subject tests as well as Stanford is judged as the world's most selective university.
I hope it helps.

Not necessary, you must have the profile to get into the likes of Stanford. Ofcourse IIT, BIT etc are institutes of repute and preferred, having said that if an applicant from one of the top institutes lacks in quality profile he or she will have a tough time during admissions.

Hi Sakshi, Early Action as the name suggests, you will be notified of the decisions in a month. Regular and non early action rounds take longer. Make sure you submit your entire application material if you apply under Early Action. Standford's early action has certain norms to be followed, you cannot apply to any other university under Early Action. Check the policy here http://admission.stanford.edu/application/decision_process/restrictive.html and also check the link given by Chetna S. You have time until Nov 1, all the best!

Dear Sakshi, know why SAT subjects tests are taken. 'Students typically choose which tests to take depending upon college entrance requirements for the schools to which they are planning to apply'. Therefore, you take the subjects which are related to your field of interest and to demonstrate your academic potential. Interestingly you did not mention which area of engineering. There is no minimum score for Stanford, students who are admitted are generally among the 80th or 90th percentile of test-takers. A score ranging above 720 would be safe.
Best Wishes

Hello, Stanford has extremely limited number of scholarships for international students. Scholarships can be in the form of fellowships and/or graduate assistantship work. There is no set requirement, these are merit based and the selection is extremely competitive, you must have an exceptional profile to be considered for such financial aid. Here is the financial aid link

Hi Kunal, the fee for international students is really high. It is around $47,000 to $50,000 per year (full-time) . This is only the tuition fee, additional $500-$1000 per month would be required for living and fooding.

Hi Vikas,
Its good to aim so high. Stanford being one of the most selective require applicants to be academically outstanding and heavily involved in extra curricular activities. To be considered for admission in any US university you must take SAT, SAT subject test (optional) and TOEFL. I will suggest you to take a look at the QnA links below for more clarification.
