Living on campus is more advantageous than living off campus. The resident halls at Wallace State offer a setting that supports academic success and is ideally situated so that students can easily walk to classes, the library, and other campus amenities. Cable outlets are provided in each room. The residence halls also provide community kitchen facilities. WSCC offers both male and female dormitories. The room allowance for non-residents at WSCC is $1,700 per semester. Students residing off-campus have more independence and privacy as compared to on campus housing. They have to pay for utilities and make arrangements as well.
