How to Apply
BA and B.Sc:
Application for PUBDET 2019 has to be done online only. There is no printed application form. Candidates seeking admission must apply for by filling in and submitting the completed online application before the last date. The fee structure for B.Sc (H) Stats is approximately 12000-13000 for one year. Fee is paid yearly. Hostel fee is approximately 90000.
Admission in hostel is also merit based. Certain CGPA is to be maintained every year to continue with the hostel. Syllabus for stats (H) will be almost same every where with only a few minor changes.

Yes, you are eligible for admission in DU. Now the main thing is in which college you want to get in because the cutoff for every college varies. So, when the cutoffs are out, you need to keep a constant check on them to get the college of your choice.
