1)Considering CS as Company Secretary, It is not advisable to go for M.Com as CS is equivalent to it. Also CS is such a professional certification which has a statutory importance for companies in the corporate world.
2) Secondly if CS stands for Computer Science, than it is advisable to go for M.Com with some specialisation, may be if possible in Computer Science itself. It will be an added advantage for your career. I hope you will be able to now decide your next course of action. Wish you luck.
