Admissions for the session 2025-26 are still open for candidates to apply at Georgetown.The last date for applying to non-law programs is Mar 17, 2025, while the last date for applying to any programme is Jul 1, 2025.The institute recommends interested candidates to file respective applications as early as possible to allow enough time for visa processing & improved chances of selection.

NYU Law does rank slightly higher than Georgetown Law in Shiksha's the latest Global Law School Rankings.While Georgetown ranks #12, NYU ranks #4 for its law programs. But, both institutions maintain excellent reputation in the law domain. The curriculum of the JD programme at NYU Law is a bit more flexible with students getting more individual opportunities in international affairs, law & public policy.
