Yes, international students are allowed to work part-time while studying at Penn State University. They can work on-campus for no more than 20 hours per week during the semester. Students may work on-campus full (more than 20 hours per week) during summer if they were registered for Spring or plan to be registered in Fall. Note that students can work full-time during the winter break only if they are enrolled for the Fall and will be enrolled for the upcoming Spring semester.

Penn State University is located in Northwestern Pennsylvania. There are 24 campuses of this university. The University Park campus is considered to be the largest and main campus of this university. It offers academics, activities, and recreation in the Classic college town of State College. There are 1000+ student organizations at the university. Furthermore, students can engage in club teams, intramural sports, or fitness facilities, etc. while studying here.

Yes, Indian students can study for free in Germany if they secure an admission in a public university. In Germany, all the public universities do not charge any tuition fee for both domestic and international students. Note that you will be required to pay a semester fee ranging between EUR 150 - EUR 300 (INR 13.7 K - 27.5 K) at the start of every academic year. Also, you will have to cover the living expenses, which sum up to about EUR 680 to EUR 1,230 (INR 62 K - 1 L) per month for Indians and international students.

Yes, international students can apply for summer semester in Germany. Usually, German universities accept international applications in two major intakes: Summer (Mar/Apr start) intake and Fall (Aug/Sep start) intake. Note that Fall intake are open for most of the courses. However, Summer intakes are open for selective courses only.

Yes, you can pursue short courses in Germany, as several universities in Germany offer short summer programmes for their international students. In order to secure an enrollment, you will have to fulfill the eligibility requirements of that particular course, which usually includes academic qualifications and proof of language proficiency.
