Applicants who have backlogs will have to have a proper plan and get their backlogs one at a time. The best way to deal with them in the minimum possible time is by:Creating a thorough study plan.Timing the schedule properly and sticking to it.Practice and revise as many times as possible.Keep a positive approach.

There is no one way of doing this, applicants can create their profile in such a manner that the application assessor is focused to understand the applicant's extra-curricular activities, participation in various events, sports involvement and other such activities, this way the application will be read also and may be given a chance for admission despite active backlogs.

In case the applicant has been able to clear all his/her backlogs, then he/she may not be required to submit a backlog certificate. Applicants who still have backlogs will be required to submit the certificate.

Yes, if the backlog has still not been cleared then a backlog has to be submitted. This will help universities the applicant has applied to understand the number of backlogs an applicant has and how it will affect the applicant's admission and performance in the course.
