GRE exam scores are not a mandate for admissions in German universities. However, the top universities in Germany do require a GRE score for MS courses. Hence, you must take the GRE exam if you wish to pursue MS in Germany. Also, your GRE exam scores elevate your profile and help you stand apart from the crowd.

You can find many accomodation in the university itself or outside the university. There are many apartment and hostel near the univeristy which is available all the time. Living in the campus itself is much costlier other than outside the campus. I would suggest you to find the apartment and live in a group which reduces the expense. The monthly expense to live outside the campus is around INR 1.5 Lacs per month which is a nominal price.

Yes, you can cover your education expenses from the scholarship but there are some limitations of the scholarship as you know studying in Oxford is very costly so Oxford university only offers a maximum of 50 percent of scholarship. There will be a need of some financial help from the family also or you can pay by own by doing some part time or full time job near your city or in the state itself.

Students who have a genuine passion to pursue further studies in topics covered under engineering, computer science, and general sciences should opt for MS studies. An MS in a relevant subject gives high order of expertise in the subject which can help students get to even higher positions in the industries, join as professors/lecturers in the universities or go for a PhD.
