No, studying at the University of Pavia is not free for internationals students. Internationals students have to pay a flat rate according to their nationalities and the flat rate ranges from €400 - €4500.

Applicants who register for GMAT exam using a particular email ID, they can register for GMAT exam dates and select appropriate exam slots also.
