This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in research / academics area, then MA/ B.Ed is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is better.

Hello Ganesh, Wow! 9 years of work experience. It's really wonderful. You could go for MBA in operations. This will help you a lot and will not waste your experience. Good Luck.

Of course, but maybe, good college won't give you response due to very poor percentage in graduation but in life, there are always many choices.
So, just start applying and take XAT exam or TOEFL that will help you to cover your poor percentage in graduation.
Best wishes.

Hi,
These are two different domains. You can either choose Operation and Production Management or a supply chain. If your domain is more inclined to logistics, you can opt for a SCM or if your domain is more in production, procurement, or purchase you can prefer Operation Management. For better understanding, I can guide you better.

Both fields are equally good, it depends on what you are interested in, HR is basically the management of employees and workers, that is recruitment and selection of employees and their well being and fulfilling their grievances, etc. Whereas logistics and supply chain management is the management of goods and services, row materials, inventory control, etc.
