Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU) conducts its own entrance exam called AP EAMCET for admission to BVSc and AH program. NEET scores are not considered for admission to this program. Therefore, your NEET score does not have any relevance for admission to SVVU's BVSc program.

The chances of getting a seat in Venkateshwara Veterinary College in Tirupati with an AP EAMCET rank of 37,060 may be slim as the college is highly competitive and in demand. However, admission to the college depends on various factors like the number of available seats, the number of applicants, and the reservation policy of the institution.
As you belong to the SC female category, you may have a chance of getting admission through reservation, but it's not guaranteed. It's recommended that you check the previous years' cutoff ranks for Venkateshwara Veterinary College in Tirupati for your category and course to get an idea of the rank

It is bit difficult to get a seat with this rank in any government veterinary college. A rank of 1700 - 1800 will assure you a seat for BVSc in General merit and with a 94% in PCB , a score of 140+ is safe to get admission into BVSc . Despite of it you can go for some private colleges of Karnataka . Some of the private colleges with their fees are mentioned below:

3. veterinary college, Vidyanagar Hassan Karnataka : fee structure of 24.5 k per ye
