For someone who is a Permanent Resident of Uttarakhand (PRU), the tuition fee for various BTech specialisations ranges between INR 5.33 lakh and INR 6.51 lakh. SRHU selects students to its BTech programme based on their merit in Class 12. Interested candidates are required to fill out an application form for their desired specialisation. They are required to fill out their contact and academic details along with the supporting documents. Based on the applications received, the university shortlists eligible candidates for admission. A merit list is released by the university which is based on the Class 12 scores of applicants. No entrance exam is required to take admission. However, due weightage is given to candidates with a valid JEE (Main) score.

No, candidates willing to take admission to the BTech programme of SRHU are not required to take any entrance exam. The university's BTech admission is merit-based. The university releases a merit list based on the applicant's merit in Class 12. However, candidates with a valid JEE score are given due weightage.

Yes, SRHU provides merit-based scholarships to the deserving BTech students. This scholarship is provided in the form of fee waiver on the tuition fee. Depending upon their merit, applicants can get a tuition fee waiver of upto 100%. The university also offers a merit-cum-means scholarship to needy and deserving students. Eligible candidates can get a tuition fee waiver of upto 50%.
