Hi Navya,
Swinburne is a little ahead in ranking and reputation among the three for engineering purposes. But you should also check with the universities about the internship and placement opportunities they offer and compare.

Dear Manali,
At the outset let me congratulate you on having received an offer letter from a very good University. To avail a loan you have to deposit some margin money and also provide collateral, hence it means you are financially strong asset wise but do not have liquid cash and no depending only on loan does not have a negative impact, in fact it is suggested that student loan is the best option as the visa officer is 100% clear about source of funding and does not have to suspect the origin of the money, also save you the headache of showing 6 month old funds.
