Hi Prishita Gupta,
These are entrance exams to meet the English language requirements. You don't have to give both. Just one of them. You can check college websites to see the preferences and score requirements. You must register for these tests on their official websites. See here:

Hi Sharang, that's a tough decision, since both of them are well known and highly ranked. You may look at the employment opportunities by visiting their websites and email them as well. Find out the corporate tie-ups they have and if you study in Switzerland, find out if you will be able to look for job in the rest of Europe, inquire about internship opportunities globally and lastly, but not the least, you have to check your own budget, see the fees and living expenses. Decide accordingly.

Hi Shikha Gill,
The fee will vary and you must check if diplomas are offered or not. In general, the annual tuition fee for international students is between Euro650 and Euro 1,000.

It depends on your language and your potential. Switzerland, if you are a student there, then it's very easy to do an internship but if you are a student like in India, it is somehow hard to get the chance. But if you don't succeed, then the countries like Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Malaysia and UAE have great opportunities too.
And to be a good candidate, focus on your second language like French, Spanish or Mandarin. Then there would be lot of chances for you.
