Hi Abhinesh,
Different universities have different requirements. For the top ranking universities, a good first class is required. For the medium ranked students, at least 55% is recommended. Anything below 50% is not acceptable and if a low ranked college does accept, you won't be given a visa. You have to check various college websites for the requirements.

As per the latest QS World University Rankings for engineering studies; the top three institutions to study engineering in Australia are:
The University of Melbourne - ranked 32nd in the world
The University of New South Wales - ranked 33rd in the world
The University of Queensland - ranked 47th in the world
As for colleges in sydney - : Few good colleges are:
University of Wollongong
University of Western Sydney
University of Sydney
University of Technology, Sydney

To pursue Master's degree in Australia, international students are required to take IELTS or TOEFL. The application process includes submission of online application form, statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, application fee, financial evidence, etc.
