Dear Naman, the hostel rules at SCMHRD are quite strict pertaining to the entry and exit timings from the hostel. Otherwise, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. About congestion, last year the rooms were 4 sharing which is expected to come down to 3 sharing rooms this year which would make the rooms a little more spacious. The ratio always varies and general trend is of 60:40 ratio with 60% for experienced candidates and others being fresher or less than 1 year of work experience.

I won't be able to verify the credibility of external sources guaranteeing you admission in SCMHRD. Though the college reserves some seats as discretionary quota, the admissions happen through official channels. Hence I would request you to refrain from such sources until you are fully aware of their mode of operation. The MBA BA course will mark its inception this year as a 2 year course. Earlier, it used to be PGPBA course for one year. The BA course has been carefully designed with the help of faculties from IIMs, as analytics is a hot property these days in most of the companies.
