During 2023 placements, the highest package offered to the MBA batch 2022-24 was INR 49 LPA. However, in 2022 the highest package was comparatively lesser and the amount stood at INR 35.05 LPA. Looking at the past three years' data, a fluctuating trend was recorded in the highest package. SIBM Pune has not released the average package offered to MBA students during the placement drive 2023. In SIBM Pune MBA 2022 placements, the highest and average package offered was INR 35.05 LPA and INR 26.77 LPA, respectively. Some of the industry giants that participated in the placements drive were Fullerton, Kroll, Luminous, Aditya Birla Capital, EY, PwC, and many others.
