Yes you can pursue MBA-IT after BCA. Infact it is a good option since most of the subjects in MBA-IT will be understood by a BCA passout.
After completing MBA-IT you can expect any analytical, analyst or technical expertise job in the market.

Management problems I'll not deny. Its true but not completely. Placement record is not excellent but on an above average. Since I also worked as a part of placement team I can say starting package for fresher will hit 5 lakhs minimum to above 7.5 lakhs if experienced are considered and if they can negotiate with the HR.

Placement record is not bad. Its good. However to be true, college doesn't set any requirement criteria to companies for all students to sit in placements. Even a student with 50% is allowed for placements. That is why package sometimes goes a bit low. As per current statistics 5-7 lacs is average package.
As per my experience I hold 3.6 years as a professional ORACLE apps DBA, because of this, sometimes students like me try outside campus too for better package.

No, school academics are just for formality. 65% and above is basically required. However that's not a compulsion. Simply it makes a good impression.
