No, clearing the SNAP exam is not the only criterion for SIIB admission. The candidates will also have to clear a personality assessment test which includes Group Exercise (GE), Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) round to be selected for SIIB admission. This personality assessment round is conducted after SNAP result announcement and only those candidates are eligible who meet the SNAP cut off fixed by the institutes. Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Pune offers MBA in three major areas: MBA in International Business, MBA in Agri-Business, and MBA in Energy & Environment. Admission to these cousres is entirely based on merit in the SNAP exam. Candidates shortlisted based on exam scores are also required to participate in the group exercise, personal interview, and written ability test. Symbiosis National Aptitude Test or SNAP Test is a common admission test conducted by the Symbiosis International (Deemed) University for admission to cousres offered under SIU affiliated institute. SIIB is among the institutions, which offers MBA programme via the SNAP exam. To be eligible for the SIIB Pune exam, candidates must have a bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).

The SNAP application fee for SIIB Pune admission is INR 2,250, whereas for every SIU institute, candidates have to pay INR 1000. For example, if they select one institute in the SNAP application form, they have to pay INR 1000, if they select two institutes they have to pay INR 2000.If a candidate chooses to not select any institute in the application form, they don’t have to pay any amount other than INR 1,950. However, in that case, they will not be eligible for selection to the GE-WAT-PI round of the SIU institutes.
