SIT Pune admissions to BTech are primarily based on university or national-level Engineering entrance exams. Candidates are required to qualify the accepted entrance exam and meet the eligibility requirements. Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the BTech course. Candidates need to pass class 12  with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Technical Vocational subject/ Engineering Graphics with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) to apply for SIT Pune BTech programme. Further, Candidates also needs to appear SITEEE/JEE MAIN/ Any State Engineering Entrance Exam for admission to Engineering courses at SIT. 

SIT Pune is a reputed college and offers admission to its students in UG and PG courses. For a bachelor's degree candidates must have completed their 10+2 with particular subjects and the minimum aggregate required. If the candidate wants to be admitted to B.Tech, the candidate must have completed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics as their main subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate, and if the candidate wants to pursue a master's degree then the candidate must have completed their Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 45% aggregate, and if the candidates want to pursue PhD degree then the candidates must have completed their master's degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate.  

The following requirements must be met in order to be admitted to the B.Tech programme at Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Symbiosis International University, Pune:Academic Requirements: Applicants must have passed the 10+2 test, which included mathematics and physics as required courses, as well as one of the following: biology, chemistry, biotechnology, or technical vocational.Candidates in the general category must have received at least 45% of the possible points in the aforementioned topics combined, while candidates in the reserved category must have received at least 40%.Entrance Exams: Results from national or state-level entrance exams, such as the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) or JEE Main, are also required for admission to the B.Tech programme.

The following requirements must be met in order to be admitted to the M.Tech programme at Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Symbiosis International University, Pune:Applicants must be graduates of an accredited university with a B.Tech or B.E in a related field.Candidates with an M.Sc. in relevant subjects like Physics, Geology, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Agriculture, or similar are also eligible for several specialisations, such as Geoinformatics, as long as they have at least 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) in those fields.A 2-year professional postgraduate engineering master's degree with a concentration on particular engineering subjects is offered by SIT Pune's M.Tech programme. With a large selection of value-added courses in cutting-edge fields like robotics and automation, automotive technology, geoinformatics and surveying technology, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and embedded systems, the curriculum is industry-oriented.
