Symbiosis, Pune will be better than Manipal Jaipur as Manipal is relatively new campus, may not have enough recruiters in the beginning cycle, quality may not be at par with parent institutes in Manipal.

The test is pretty much based on your boards and basic level JEE questions. It's not really tough and quite easy to score a 120+ that can safely secure your seat.
Also, scoring a 105+ in JEE can fetch you a seat through the JEE counselling.
I have stated according to the last year's cut offs. It may vary slightly this year.

*SC-15%
*ST-7.5%
*Differently Abled-3%
35% is the aggregate percentage. So, atleast par this score.
