Cut off for any subject depends on different institutes. You have to find out by contacting different institutes. But I can suggest you a very good institute for B.Sc. Agriculture, Chandigarh university. I would suggest you to opt for B.Sc. (Hons.) agricultural sciences because it has huge recognitions and scope.

I am unsure about the TNAU Rank, however Chandigarh University would be a good option if you wish to be admitted to the B.Sc. Agricultural Engineering programme.
