The B.Tech (Agricultural engineering) program is offers at Agricultural Engineering College and Research
Institute (A constituent Colleges of TNAU) , Kumulur, Pallapuram (PO),Tiruchirappalli. The total intake of this program is 70, out of 70 the 11 seats are filled through ICAR and rest through the online counselling. The eligibility criteria of this program is as under :-

I would suggest you pursue B.Tech and that too in CSE as opportunities are great in this field and are expected to rise more in coming years. This field is not loner limited with IT industry. Both fields have good career options, these courses are totally different to each other if you are interested in agriculture, you want to make your career in the field of farming, horticulture, agriculture, etc. then go for B. Sc. agriculture. This field never runs out of job opportunities, or if you are interested in technology, you want to become an engineer then go for B. Tech.

The admission proceeding of TNAU starts in the middle of June month in every year, and the entrance exam is conducted in the last week of July. Further, the regular classes will start in the last week of August.
