For this you can check the JoSAA website and then check different colleges with the branch offered and last year's opening and closing ranks of the particular branches and the total seats available for the course.

Yes, you can get admission, but not for B.Sc agriculture. You can get admission for some other courses.

TNAU is a good option because it is a government university with good placement.
