For doing Ph.D, you need to give an entrance exam and interview as well, but for other degrees you need certain percentage only to get the admission.

No, you cannot do LLM, if you do not do LLB. It is a postgraduate degree for which you require the corresponding undergraduate degree that is LLB either 5 year or 3 year.
