Nalsar University of Law has a strong reputation, particularly for its law programs, faculty, and placement opportunities. It has consistently been ranked among the top law schools in India. The university is known for its rigorous academic curriculum, experienced faculty members, and excellent infrastructure.On the other hand, Tamil Nadu National Law University is a relatively newer institution compared to Nalsar, having been established in 2012. The number of students getting placements in TNNLU is relatively low,30 percent of students are placed every year.But, in the last 2-3 years, the scenario is changing. The university has a specific Internship and Placement Cell that works for providing a wide of opportunities to students.
