Normally, changing one's MBBS seat after allotment is usually tough and not easily permitted except for some special conditions. In India, once the seat is confirmed, the switch to another medical college is extremely rare, be it in the same state or in different states. Hindustan College of Arts and Science in Coimbatore does not offer a BA in Political Science. It provides a BA in English Literature instead. However, Hindustan University in Chennai offers a BA with a triple major in Political Science, Economics, and Law.  Other institutions in Tamil Nadu, like Madras Christian College, also offer BA programs in Political Science.

To get seat in Bharath University Chennai, you have to do the following.
