In order to get admission to MBA at IFMR Chennai, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Candidates who secure the minimum of 60% aggregate in graduation are eligible to apply for the course. Additionally, candidates having minimum three years of work experience will be given extra credits during the selection process. Admission to this course is entirely entrance-based. Candidates are required to qualify for either CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GRE/ GMAT enrance exams with a valid percentile/ rank. The final admission will be offered based on candidates performance in the Personal Interview (PI) round.

Yes ETO course is at RL institute, Madurai.According to it's website the admissions are currently open and has the following features :The Directorate General of Shipping (DGS) has approved the Institute to deliver this ETO Course.Electrical/Electronics Engineers who successfully complete the course are eligible to work aboard Merchant Naval Ships.The course is designed and delivered in accordance with DGS criteria, including practical demonstrations using simulators,      audiovisual aids, and important hands-on instruction.The student would be entitled for a Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC) from Shipping Master, Mumbai upon satisfactory completion of this course at R.L.Institute of Nautical Sciences (RLINS).Candidates who complete the course and the requisite sea time are entitled to sit for the Certificate of Competency (COC) test administered by the Directorate General of Shipping.
