Both institutions have a placement record of 100%.The minimum package SIHMCT provides is Rs. 50000, and the maximum package varies according to companies. There is no official record for minimum placement provided by SHIM Medak but some of the companies that provided campus placements were Marriott, Hyatt, Accor group, Taj group, Novotel, Park Hotels, Oberoi, Four Seasons, Hilton, Leela Palace.

Stastics for the latest placemnet drive have not been released, however the highest package offered during the last placemnet drive was INR 5.5 LPA and the average package offered to the students was INR 3.18 LPA. There were 8 companies from the indutry which vistied the campus and offered job package to 35 students.

BIM Trichy's two-year PGP (MBA) course is offered across different specialisations. Some of the specialisations in which the programme is offered are Human Resource Management, Operations, and Digital Business & Analytics. BIM Trichy MBA admission is based on merit in the CAT/XAT/GMAT exam. Selected candidates also have to go through group discussions and personal interview rounds. 75 percentile in CAT is almost a good score for admission to the MBA programme in BIM Trichy. As per the Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy cutoff 2023, the last round closing cutoff stood at 2289 for the Master of Business Administration (MBA).
