After pursuing a BCom degree at WCC, graduates can seek employment in Broking & Securities Firms, Mutual Fund Companies,  Investment Banking, Insurance Firms, Financial Institutions etc. at entry level positions. They can build a career as professionals in Management,  Marketing, Research, HR departments of companies. This degree is also beneficial to those students who want to run their own businesses. WCC has not released the data specific to BCom placements. However, as per the Women's Christian College NIRF report 2023, the median package offered during UG 3-year placements stood at INR 2.94 LPA. According to media reports, 78 students were placed across all courses during WCC placements in 2023. A total of eight companies visited the campus during WCC placements in 2023. Based on the WCC Reviews available of Shiksha.com,  the college's placement rate for BCom courses is over 50%. Students rated the BCom placements at 3.7/5.

 For admission in a BTech programme at Amrita School of Engineering, Chennai campus, it is crucial that the aspirant fulfills the course-specific eligibility criteria. Thus, only the asiprants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with at least 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics separately and an aggregate minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics are eligible for admission.
