The Tamil Nadu Class 12 results are usually declared by the Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu, during the month of May every year. Part 1 includes language. Part 2 includes English. Part 3 consists of Mathematics, Physics, Economics, computer technology, Chemistry, ZOOLOGY, COMMERCE, MICRO BIOLOGY, BIOLOGY, BOTANY, HISTORY, ACCOUNTANCY, GEOGRAPHY etc. 

The TN Plus two exam is held for 3 hours. First 10 minutes is given for reading the question paper. Then 5 minutes is given for verification of particulars by the candidate. Then 3 hours is allotted for writing.
