1)To be eligible for becoming an Income Tax Officer one should hold a Bachelors degree of any stream.
2)The candidate must have attained the age of 18 years on 1st July of the year of examination and must not attain 27 years of age on that date. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years of OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The upper age limit will be relaxed in favour of certain categories of employees working under the government of India and defence services personnel. Yes, certificate in Accounts and Taxation has a bright scope in the market, but in the point of view of job, you have to show your knowledge and talent for taking a good job, in terms of money and company.
If once you complete this course with good knowledge and marks then definitely you can take a job very easily.
