MBA is possible as this will be required graduation in any stream. Your BioTech is accepted as a qualifying degree for the eligibility. But to do M.Com, you must be a B.Com. So, it is better and possible is MBA.

No, you cannot pursue both the courses simultaneously. You will have to complete your UG Diploma first in order to qualify for the PG Diploma.

After completing your Diploma, you can apply to the Tax department, you can get into various banks or financial institutes like HDFC, KOTAK MAHINDRA etc. by giving their exams. You should go for any entrance exam because without any entrance exam, you will not be able to get a good college and there may be a possibility that you get a scholarship if the college offers the scholarship and you fit in their criteria. You can go for May MAT 2018.
