Diploma won't give you rich course structure and better opportunities. According to me you should plan for Master's degree in related field or think of CA or CS or MBA finance for better knowledge and expertise.

If you are interested in taxation, it is better that you opt for CA rather than CS or CMA.
CMA has core subjects costing, CS deals with law and CA with accounts, taxation, and audit.
Think wisely before you start.
