There are 3 papers.
1. Paper - I is General Paper for all includes Teaching & Research Aptitude and is a common exam which consists of a total of 100 marks with 50 questions.
2. Paper II on Geography consists of 100 Marks with 50 questions.
3. Paper III of Geography consists 150 marks with 75 questions. Prepare a timetable and divide each topic. You can follow UPKAR's or GK publisher's or any good publisher's books to prepare for the NET exam. You can prepare yourself for the CBSE UGC NET exam if you have basic knowledge on your subject and you are confident enough to study and practice for at least 4-5 months without any distraction.

No, you can't. Candidates who are willing to appear in upcoming CSIR NET should be well aware of the eligibilities for the exam. Get the complete detail related to the exam from here - https://www.eduncle.com/csir-net-exam
As per the UGC NET eligibility criteria, the candidate who is in the final year of Post-Graduation or have passed his post-graduation with 55% marks (For General & OBC) or 50% (For ST/SC/PWD) marks from a government recognized institute are eligible to appear for the exam.
The official website of CBSE UGC NET exam will begin the online application submission from 5th March 2018.

Yes, you are eligible for the UGC NET Exam. The eligibility for the exam is as follows;
The candidates must have post graduation degree with 55% marks from recognised university. There is no age limit for the assistant professor post. UGC CSIR NET Exam is conducted every year for the aspirants to make career in the Lectureship and Research programme.
The UGC NET Exam is for the candidates from Commerce, Arts and Humanities Students
Whereas the CSIR NET Exam is for Science Students
If you qualify the exam you get NET Scholarship worth INR 25000 per month and HRA too
The Eligibility for UGC NET Exam is 30 years whereas there is 5 year age relaxation to the candidates from Reserve Categories and Women Candidates

Sorry, the age limit for NET is not more than 28 years. A relaxation upto 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to OBC (Non-creamy layer, as per the Central list of OBC available on the website : www.ncbc.nic.in )/SC/ST/PWD categories and to women applicants. Total age relaxation will not exceed five years.

Hello, Surely you are eligible for the NET Exam if you have completed your Post graduation. If you are preparing for lectureship so age limit criteria is not the mandatory. But in JRF age limit is mandatory (maximum 30 years for General and maximum 35 years for OBC/ST/SC/PWD), so work harder to qualifying the NET Exam. Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks in their Masters degree exams (in streams such as Humanities, Social Science, Electronic Science, Computer Science & Applications, etc. ). From a UGC recognised college/ university fulfill UGC NET 2018 eligibility criteria. It may be noted minimum percentage required to meet UGC NET eligibility criteria for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD categories is 50%.
